Privacy Policy

ZINNTO LLC. Effective October 12, 2026. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit zinnto.com, contact us, submit files, or place an order.

What we collect

We collect the information you provide for an inquiry or order, including your name, email, optional phone number, billing and shipping addresses, order details, messages, artwork, and uploaded files. We also record submission confirmations and portfolio opt-out choices. WordPress, WooCommerce, and our service providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser/device details, cookies, and transaction identifiers to operate the site, prevent fraud, and troubleshoot problems.

How we use it

We use your information to answer questions, quote and produce work, process orders, send proofs and receipts, arrange delivery, and resolve problems. Uploaded files remain yours. We do not sell personal information or add you to a marketing list through the contact or custom-order forms.

Forms, files, and service providers

Form submissions are stored in WordPress and emailed to our support or order inboxes. Submitted files and confirmation records are used to prepare quotes, produce orders, address corrections, and resolve disputes. File links may appear in order-related emails; do not forward them to people you do not want to have access. Do not submit passwords, payment-card numbers, identity documents, or other sensitive information through our forms.

Hostinger provides website hosting. WooPayments and its payment-processing providers process checkout transactions, payment details, and fraud-prevention information. ZINNTO does not store full card numbers or card security codes on this website. If you choose WooPay or choose to save your information, that provider processes saved payment and contact details under its own terms and privacy policy. The save-information checkbox is optional and starts unchecked.

We share the order and recipient information needed for fulfillment with Pirate Ship and the selected shipping carrier, including names, addresses, contact details, and shipment/order details. Email providers deliver order receipts, file-submission confirmations, replies, and tracking notifications. Providers may process information outside your state or country.

See Automattic’s privacy policy, Stripe’s privacy policy, and Pirate Ship’s privacy policy for their practices.

Cookies and affiliate links

WordPress and WooCommerce use cookies to maintain the cart, checkout session, and account sign-in. Payment and wallet providers may also use cookies or similar technologies for payment functionality and fraud prevention. Blocking cookies can prevent these features from working. Affiliate links take you to another business and may use referral tracking under that business’s privacy policy. We will update this policy when adding analytics or advertising tools that change how visitor information is collected or used.

Retention and your choices

We retain information as needed to fulfill orders, provide customer service and remake support, maintain accounting records, and meet tax, dispute, and legal requirements. We do not promise immediate deletion of records that we must retain. Uploaded artwork and working files may be retained for production and reasonable remake needs.

You can contact Support@zinnto.com to request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with your order or inquiry. Include your order number or the email used for your submission so we can identify the record; we may verify your identity before acting. Some records or provider-held information may need to remain for legitimate or required purposes. Browser cookie controls and your payment-provider account settings offer additional choices.

Photos of completed work

We respect the deeply personal meaning of the work you entrust to us. Projects that include photographs of people, and pieces created to honor someone at the end of life or in their memory, will not be photographed or shared in our portfolio or marketing without your explicit consent. This exception applies even if you have not selected the portfolio opt-out.

If a completed piece could gently inspire others who are looking for a meaningful way to remember someone special, we may contact you by email after your project is complete to ask whether you would feel comfortable allowing us to photograph and share it. Our request will explain how we would like to use the images. Your choice is entirely optional; choosing not to consent, or not replying, means we will not photograph or share the piece for these purposes. Your decision will never affect the care we give your order.

For other completed work, we may photograph and publish pieces as described in our Shop Policy, unless you opt out at checkout or when submitting files. To opt out later, withdraw permission for future use, or request removal of a published image, email Orders@zinnto.com with your order number and a link or reference to where the image appears. We will remove the image from channels we control; copies shared independently by others may remain.

Policy updates

We may update this policy as our services or practices change. The effective date above identifies the latest revision. Contact us with questions about this policy or your information.
