We engrave and cut wood, acrylic, leather, and metal, and make 3D-printed pieces. Personal gifts, branded keychains, metal business cards, realtor gifts, layered ornaments, bookmarks, and memorial items are all welcome.

How quoted custom work works.

Share the details. Tell us the item, quantity, dimensions, material, wording, and any date you have in mind. There is no minimum quantity. Pricing depends on materials, complexity, and quantity.

Review a written quote. Quotes are normally valid for 14 days, but sourced materials and availability may change. We confirm pricing and availability before taking payment. Any change needs your agreement.

Pay the agreed deposit. The usual deposit is 50 percent, with a minimum that covers committed material and sourcing costs. The quote states the exact deposit. A physical sample or first-item approval is included only when the quote specifies it.

Check the proof. Two proof revisions are included within the original brief. Design or artwork cleanup is $25 per hour, agreed before work starts. Additional revisions or changed scope are quoted first.

Approve production. Production starts after the required payment, usable files, and written proof approval. The remaining balance is due before shipment. Your quote states the expected production time.

ZINNTO is a small home business. We will confirm whether your project’s size, quantity, and timing fit our capabilities and schedule.

Local delivery for completed custom orders may be arranged within 50 driving miles of our production location, starting at $55. We confirm the fee and delivery window in your quote. Availability, distance, and timing affect the final price. Production timelines still apply. This request does not book or charge for delivery.

Personalized plant stakes: Use one column named Plant Name. Each row is one stake. For two Basil stakes, enter Basil on two separate rows. Check that the number of rows matches the quantity ordered.

Typical personalized orders ship within 5-7 business days after payment and receipt of complete files and instructions. Larger or more complex custom projects follow the schedule in your quote.
