KEEP THE HARVEST | HARVEST RIGHT

More from every harvest.

I use a Harvest Right XL freeze dryer and have processed over 200 gallon bags. From garden produce to everyday ingredients, it has become part of how I keep what I grow and make.

Why it earns a place here.

ZINNTO began with a garden. Preserving the harvest is another part of that same story. I enjoy seeing what comes out of the machine, trying different ingredients, and finding another way to use what I already have.
The photos below come from my own machine, batches, and past packaging. This is a recommendation from someone who uses the equipment.
FROM MY OWN BATCHES

A little of what I have made.

Six packaged examples from Raymond’s past freeze-drying batches: blueberries, onion, strawberries, candy, corn, peppers and onions
Vegetable and lemon trays from Raymond’s own freeze-drying batches

Garden produce, tray by tray.

Lemons, carrots, celery, and greens from my own batch photos. A look at the preparation that happens before the cycle.

Past batches and packaging.

A blueberry batch packaged under the ZINNTO name. These photos document earlier projects and farmers-market preparation. Freeze-dried food is not sold through this site.

What a freeze dryer does.

The machine freezes the food, then uses a vacuum and gentle heat to remove moisture. Ice changes directly into vapor through a process called sublimation. The dried food then needs appropriate moisture-resistant storage.
For the process, preparation, and storage details, see Harvest Right’s explanation and official FAQs.

Before you choose a machine.

Compare the current models, tray capacity, space and electrical requirements, vacuum-pump care, and the foods you plan to process. Raymond’s XL is his own setup; the right size for you depends on your needs.
Current pricing, offers, equipment specifications, shipping, and warranty terms are provided by Harvest Right. Purchases through the links below take place on their website.
